Abstract

This study explores the impact of teacher influence on student motivation in Arabic language learning at MI Al Fithrah. Utilizing a qualitative design, data was collected through questionnaires, interviews, and classroom observations involving 100 students and five Arabic teachers. The findings reveal that interactive and varied teaching methods, such as group discussions, language games, and technology integration, significantly enhance student motivation. Teachers who provide emotional support and positive feedback also contribute to higher motivation levels among students. The research highlights that students engaged in dynamic and participatory learning environments exhibit greater enthusiasm and involvement in their studies. Despite the positive outcomes, the study acknowledges limitations, including a limited sample size and potential biases in data collection. These findings underscore the importance of adopting diverse teaching strategies and providing emotional support to foster a motivating learning environment. The study offers practical insights for educators aiming to improve student engagement and motivation in Arabic language instruction, suggesting areas for further research to validate and expand upon these results.
