This study aimed to identify mollusk species found in the Rokot Beach area of the Mentawai Islands and to develop a booklet as a learning resource for biodiversity materials. The research employed an exploration method through observation, collection, identification, and description of mollusk species found at the study site. Species identification was based on morphological characteristics, including shell shape, color, size, texture, shell type, and habitat. The results showed that 25 mollusk species were found in the Rokot Beach area, consisting of 20 Gastropoda species and 5 Bivalvia species. The Gastropoda belonged to 7 orders, 13 families, and 17 genera, while the Bivalvia consisted of 3 orders and 3 families. The order Neogastropoda was the most dominant group with 7 species, followed by Littorinimorpha with 6 species. The diversity of mollusks in the area was influenced by the coastal substrate, which consists mainly of rocks, sand, and mud that support mollusk life. The research findings were then utilized in the development of a learning booklet for biodiversity materials. The booklet contains classifications, photographs, morphological characteristics, habitats, and morphometric measurements of the identified mollusks, making it a contextual learning resource for students.
