Abstract

This research generally wants to know the extent to which the level of relevance of Islamic Education Management education with its absorption in the world of work, or this research is a mapping classification between graduate competencies and expertise competencies with competencies needed in the world of work. The level of relevance is intended to determine the contribution of determining the competencies provided after college to the needs of the world of work. Based on the results of the study, the level of relevance of Islamic Education Management education to the world of work is included in the relevant category. The level of relevance seen from the type of work is quite relevant. this happens because of several possibilities including, many alumni who are in inadequate locations to find a level of work relevant to their scientific field that does not exist or is rare in the field. find, or indeed there are also many students whose lectures are still not serious so that the alumni do not have the capacity and ability in accordance with their field.
